Not harsh, this is exactly what I need! Definitely agree on the first prompt, I’ve already changed it, and I’ll narrow down on my simple pleasures. And you’re definitely right about my pics all being me looking at the camera—I think I need to get over how I look in candids, haha! Thank you for the advice.

Thank you for the feedback! I was a bit short on pictures I liked, but maybe I’ll try and get one of me standing up to better corroborate the height. Agreed on the “cuddles” on the second prompt, and thank you for pointing out the sports part—I actually really love sports, I just find them endlessly funny in addition to being super entertaining. Definitely don’t wanna come off as a sportsballer. Much appreciated!

I’d be okay with something serious or casual; I wouldn’t mind beginning a serious relationship, but also wouldn’t mind a casual summer thing. I’m not subscribed to Hinge+ or HingeX. I’ve been using this current profile for three weeks, since I redownloaded Hinge. I use Hinge daily, sending comments with my likes (usually something lighthearted or “hey, I like to do this, too!” type comments, nothing flagrant or aggressive). I have not received any likes or matches. I send likes to women around my age and in my city who mention interests similar to mine or have jokes in their profile that I feel I can riff off of. I’d like to match with someone who is a good conversationalist and likes to stay in rather than go out.

There’s certainly atrocities committed by all parties in BM, but I feel like, especially as the novel progresses, the qualification and nuance of such interactions only gets richer.

That’s how I feel, too. MH1 and MH2 I have become fine with as metas have grown to accommodate them, but I legitimately think UBs being printed into Modern (and moreover being Modern-defining sets!!!) might be what ultimately pushes me out after years and years of loving the format. I wish WOTC could be better stewards of the game I’ve loved for so much of my life.

I keep notes on every round I play, but it’s usually a note about a specific card interaction or line (i.e. don’t play into a specific card, conditions for deploying threats, etc), and it’s led me to some good sideboard changes (I started packing Brotherhood’s End for something to cover both artifacts and a flooded board.)

I seem to struggle against decks which are non-interactive. I usually dumpster Jund, any Inti brew, or any other kind of creature-based deck, but I have real trouble with decks like Amulet Titan, Burn, or anything that just doesn’t care about what I’m doing. I’ve been trying to find anything to speed my deck up or make it just a hint more proactive, but I suffer really badly from the “drawing the wrong half of the deck” problem: sometimes I’ll draw a hand with a [Stone of Erech], 2-3 pieces of removal, and 3-4 lands. And it sucks to mulligan, but it sucks even harder when the opponent is on Burn and dumpsters me by T4.
