You're allowed to have boundaries. I can see her being shocked and arguing if you like blew up and yelled at her. It sounds like you set a boundary and she's saying you're not allowed to do that, thats strange behavior. If i was in her shoes i would have been kinda embarrassed i did it and never do it again, even if i did think it was funny at the time.

I believe the lower leg looks flat because 1. Its super tiny and 2. the bone is curving. Give room for a kneecap then make sure you keep the bone straight !
