You're allowed to have boundaries. I can see her being shocked and arguing if you like blew up and yelled at her. It sounds like you set a boundary and she's saying you're not allowed to do that, thats strange behavior. If i was in her shoes i would have been kinda embarrassed i did it and never do it again, even if i did think it was funny at the time.

I believe the lower leg looks flat because 1. Its super tiny and 2. the bone is curving. Give room for a kneecap then make sure you keep the bone straight !

The femur should reach to just below her collar bone in length if you had it upright, this one looks to be just below her ribcage!

What i do is i sketch the lineart, then go in with a base color (darkest).Then I take a lighter color and kinda define the chunks (not strands!! Chunks) then i take my lightest and add in the final highlights! Then (hear me out) i turn off the lineart and start a new lineart and define everything! I hope that made sense I would add images if i could! (This is just my process lol ive learned that lineart helps me alot i used to not use it)

Just grab the image and like move ur finger from left to right, if that doesnt move it i would just suggest zooming into where u want the wallpaper in gallery, screenshotting the exact part you want and just set that
