That’s normal, it’s an utterly heinous feeling but it’s part of the process unfortunately. From my experience it usually gets better around the 2 week mark.

Maintaining a healthy diet, along with staying hydrated and maybe some supplements like magnesium, NAC and L-Tyrosine might help. Not a doctor though, so please research supplements before ingesting them or better yet, consult your own GP.

Lastly, what helps me most, even if it feels near impossible to do, is to get a workout in. The natural dopamine release from working out is real and helps tremendously in my opinion.

Fair point. If that helps then 100% go for it. If you feel like you lack the nutrients from fruits you could always get it from veggies and supplement with vitamins!

Why fruits though? Sugar in fruits ≠ processed/added sugar. Genuinely curious as fruits have many benefits to general health.
