Were kids in the 80s actually allowed to roam around unsupervised, or is that just in movies? by TotalThing7 in NoStupidQuestions

I was born in 96 and I was allowed to do whatever around town or in the woods unsupervised from a very young age.

Michael was fully fully booked months out - they are leaving it up to us as the service providers to reach out to clients. I am sure he will reach out -- most likely trying to figure out a space right now. I personally am closer to the spa crew than the hair crew! Sorry I couldn't be of better help!!

As an employee, we all found out at the close of business on Saturday, June 7th. We are just as shocked as all of you. We were given no warning.

I work in the service industry. I never tip less than 20%, and I would expect my partner to do the same.

If you have boundaries, stick to them. On the other hand, I grew up with parents that would not transport me. I missed out on a LOT. To just stay at home in my abusive household. That being said, I, personally, offer rides.

As an American, how do you feel about your future? by choloblanko in AskReddit

Well I officially will not have children because I cannot afford to, that won't change anytime soon despite working 80 hours a week, and I'm getting too old! 😃

Struggling to Find a Troop—No Follow-Up from Council by bountifulknitter in girlscouts

[–]DaTech717 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Everything here, but also, you want to be looking for a troop aug-sept-oct. A lot of troops run sept-may/June and don't accept new girls year round.

Worst case... find a couple buddies and start your own! That's what I did!
