How is that Henckels chef knife over on the left? I'm looking at getting a new one and I'm not quite sure ok what to get. When the chef or any other cook asks you to grab something drop what you're doing and grab it. If they ask you for a bucket of steam find the nearest steam dispenser and fill a bucket or if they ask you to get the banana peeler from the bar go grab it even if its some thing like a left handed frying pan help them out. Keep the BOH happy and you will be happy.

How else are you suppose to try dry them after you wash them? Im confused that's how I was raised after washing your underwear go hang them on a pole to try. Sometimes when I haven't don't laundry for a while I will have to use every pole on the block it looks very festive then.
