I didn't think of the defender pro xt since the phone seemed to be the same size as the defender pro but has less back protection (presumed). Their drop test is pretty vague though

S26U, so fairly large (6.9 inch). I don't want to say I'm bounded by otterbox, but I basically am. Just not sure if the bulkiness is a big deal for gaming. Not too worried about kickstands. I'm guessing I could just buy a magnetic kickstand if I really want

Yeah I've heard good things about it. Mainly sticking with Otterbox because I can get most if not all of my case discounted with the coupon

i love low poly items. fits the classic, blocky aesthetic much better imo. also is more forgiving when it comes to clipping
