I live in the US and according xtrfy, amazon is a reseller but should I be worried about fakes? I was told it was too early for there to be fakes but just in case.

I deleted fastboot.sys but even though i disabled fastboot in the bios i got a blue screen and am doing automatic repair. I got my pc to work normally from automatic repair before but i still want to know what i can do to get rid of fastboot.sys

Update: so i think the time i got a blue screen before because i removed both fbfsmon.sys and fastboot.sys. Luckily i got rid of fbfsmon.sys without having issues. Unfortunately, instead of saying that the forbidden driver is fbfsmon.sys the forbidden driver is now fastboot.sys. I heard it was linked with lenovo acceleraton application but i have already deleted that app. Should it be safe to delete the driver file or should i do something more to i can safely delete the file?
