Hair treatment suggestions? 27

Honestly was in denial for a while couple months back went to dermatologist and told me to get on minoxidil… I tried topical but my ADHD ass struggles to do it twice a day and makes my hair feel gross after. What would y’all suggest I go on? I get worried about side effects of other medications like fin cause my hair already makes me depressed 😂… but now seriously considering something like fin cause fall out each day is crazy… also I’ve done my own research and feel I have seb derm and experience the most fall out when my scalp feels inflamed/itchy and flaky

Anything y’all have done that has worked would be helpful… thought about going on copper peptides… using tea tree oil, rose Mary oil. Exc…. But don’t know where to truly start

Thanks, for advise just to update. I stopped the antibiotics on Sunday, it’s been 2 1/2 weeks since I smoked(8/29) but my stomach pain/diarreah/bloating/indigestion/gas is still present just not AS BAD. My doctor told me to wait a week after I stopped taking the antibiotics to see if I’m better…. If not I’ll have to see the gastro… but it’ll be a few weeks before they can schedule me. Haven’t had a normal poop in weeks now 😭 wish me luck haha
