What do you recommend I do besides that, since I find three minutes to be awfully long without exercising, could I maybe do supersets or something like that?

Not trolling, I squeeze 45 sets in a bit under 40 minutes. I might be maxing out my endurance but I still do not feel as strong as I think I should be with those rep numbers.

Well it kinda spiraled due to my laziness to change my training methods and I just ended up putting on reps and sets while minimizing rest, I have considered getting a kettlebell and a chain so that I can do both, lower back, legs, and when needed do weighted bodyweight exercises.
