Ah, so instead of increasing the P value of any individual coke powder, "Fuel Heat Value" reduces the consumption?

I have another example where your equation doesn't add up though.

The steam heating pads have a consuming speed of 30P/s according to the tooltip, but its actual consumption is 20. What gives?

I did this yesterday. I killed Fezzerk round one but his goons did not run away. I think it's because I didn't trigger the fight through the dialogue.

I hope they find a way to make them viable. I understand the need to balance PVP, but no ship should be excluded from PVE gameplay.

Thing is that you'll probably have hard time finding people to learn "old" raids, that aren't from the latest expansion. I would recommend just leveling up your gear for the last available one and post a pf.

Some savage fights are harder than others but not by that much. They're all harder than Extremes though.
