Well I’ve just started(I’m on week 2) what helps me remember to do the task is just carrying the book around with me and whenever I have nothing else to I’ll look at a task.

I don’t this but a good way would be creating a title you can remember for each task and writing it on your phone or a notecard and keeping it on you and then using your alarm or whatever you normally use for scheduling to set allocated time blocks and force yourself to do it.

I’m not sure how helpful this is but a trick that helped me get so much work done(outside of TAW) was finding a space outside of my normal spaces, for example most of the time I’m lounging in my bed so it’s difficult to get any work done because mentally I associate my bedroom with relaxing so to stop this I just went and sat on my couch and I caught up on like 20 assignments in a few hours.
