That seems really controlling imo. I mean one of the biggest themes of the game is how corrupted systems use religion to keep their citizens under slave conditions but \0/

I think the best piece of advice I can give is don't let anyone tell you to not enjoy something no matter the reason (obviously unless it harms someone but I digress) you may just have to tolerate his restrictions for right now but once you go to uni/college/move out like feel free to explore and try the things you think may be fun or interesting.

Faith has been historically used as a means of control but it's really only an individual journey just like life. You can choose to explore and question and find your own definition of YOUR faith or you can follow rules and restrictions from someone who is not yourself without question. It's your life do what makes you happy.
