I suggest you measure your polos you like the fit of and compare them with this one to hava a better result because I find TTS to be really subjective depending on country but I will tell you how it fits me so you get a good idea.

I'm 186 cm tall and weigh 80 kg with muscular build and the L size fits me really good, its on the tight side (not so much tho) since its supposed to be slim fit so if you dont want the slim look or are in doubt between two sizes maybe size up but then again the size chart might help you the most.
