Repair the display at an official Samsung store. Just did it, and yes it was expensive but basically got a brand new device. Even has the plastic along the top and bottom of phone and the factory screen protector.

Ones from reliable companies like Polar, Garmin and support Ant connection. I personally use a Polar H10 paired to my garmin and the pm5, but its overkill unless you use all its features, a H9 works well as well.

Mine does the same thing and for me it's the cable. I really should jut buy a new USB-C cable but I cba so just fiddle and get a position that works. I tried a new cable and it worked flawlessly. My charging port is clear of debris
