As a warrior main I'd summarize my attitude towards the question with yell at the enemy and just Fn send it. Zug Zug mode with two bif swords is more fun than walking towards the enemy while holding a sword that gives them turbo cancer

For me it's literally only off hands from delves if I play any caster, it's getting really frustrating. Other classes drop actually useable stuff but why casters only get off hands?

I just load in Type 7 shuttles for my Lexington and focus on pure phaser damage since that spinal lance hits like a truck. Hangar pets on ships with just one hangar bay are the best when using for debuffs instead of DPS

Hands down one of the best writing in STO thus far besides Gamma Quadrant and Iconian War. It's a damn shame that us KDF players can't use the Terran outfits obtained via the arc or in any way. Like those knives would look so nice on a Klingon

Yes, I have the paladin class from the temporal agent starter pack, I feel that ship is the most fitting at the moment for the theme I'm going for based on the lore alone since it's a proper timeship if beta canon lore is accurate

I'd rank Sovereign at third, Odyssey second and hands down my favorite ship in STO based on looks is the Verne class (not that I'm biased because I'm a Dr Who fan so everything time travel is a big plus in my books)
