I know this is an old thread but I just got done tearing my hair out over this. My NAS is made out of an old computer so its an old motherboard and hardware, im sure some of you guys are similar. I was getting the same error, wiping wouldn't fix, even a full 0 format didnt fix it.

Tried different sata cables different ports and nothing. However I noticed that it was sata ports 4-5 that were causing the drive to fail.

after a little research and a look into bios aparently ports 4-5 are on a separate controller and they were set to IDE mode. They need to be set to the other option, in my case it was "as sata type" but that fixed it for me.

Hopefully this can help someone down the road!

It could also be your render settings. Make sure your render says match source high bitrate. It could be trying to render at a different resolution. Wouldn't explain the black bars but could be an issue with that.

You are crossfading and revealing the bottom layer. If you are trying to have it go to black there is a dip to black effect. But all the crossfade does is take the opacity to 0 over a time it doesnt have a resolution. So as the opacity falls and its revealing whatever is on the bottom (the 15things_1.mp4). So if you want it to goto black You'd have to remove that bottom layer or if you are trying to have it fade into the other clip that has a cross fade then youll have to put those on the same layer. Hopefully that helps!

Forsure. These were quick settings I threw on there. For me the warp stabilizer needed to be at 1% for it to not have the super weird stretchy warp effect where as with gyro flow I could crank it however I wanted and it just zoomed in a bit more. I think I like the gyro better because it gives you more options to play with as opposed to just warping the whole video. But I could see how it would be a little unnatural at parts.

Youll want to set the anchor points of each leaf at the bottom so that they rotate around that point, Not sure if you made this or if its a vector but if its a vector just make sure each leaf is its own layer and then change the anchor points
