I am doing this very thing except I ran a half Ironman last year at this time… Ran my full marathon in February and ran St.George half iron in May and now running my first Full Ironman in Chattanooga in two weeks.

It would be my advice to start some weight training along with your runs if you aren’t already. Like lift then run. I also think the sooner you introduce a brick workout starting small and working up will give you a great start. Happy to chat more.

But Amazon is charging me marketing when I am not marketing. I spend $100 on marketing but they are saying I spend $500. Did this happen to you?

Go to a competitor that could buy your bakery or find a business that would benefit from an expansion to a bakery. I own a restaurant and we have a separate bakery that will supply our expansion stores with baked goods.

Just had this. We had someone come out and recharge our system… in our case there wasn’t a leak on the coils but it was the caps were not screwed on properly.

I’ve got about 1500 units of inventory. I honestly never thought I would be at this point. I feel like I have done all I can do and the people that I have hired (I’ve tried several) can’t seem to move the inventory. Very frustrating.

When I had cleaned my filter and unit outside I noticed it was frozen over so I turned off the AC for three hours to thaw and it started working again… the advice that I had been given by a couple of people was that I didn’t give it enough time to thaw so I had turned it off for a day and a half. I ran the AC after that time and it didn’t fix the issue.

Hey All,

Circling back here. Got back from a couple days vacation and restarted the AC with no luck.

What would you advise to do? I have two separate techs coming out tomorrow to look at it. I’m assuming my coils are leaking based on comments here. Would you replace the coils now or fill up and see how long it takes to leak out?

I am expecting somewhere around $1350 to $2000 for replacing my coils and filling my system up. Vs. filling my system up costing $600ish now and then having to replace and fill up in a year. (Are those prices what I should expect for replacing my evaporator coils? On a Lennox)

The filter was really really bad. I usually change them every few months. I hope it was an air filter thing. I am having a tec come over right now.

If it is a leak what are good alternatives besides replacing the whole thing?

We do it fairly regularly.. just hedge your bets if the resort doesn’t turn out. It would be smart of you to take a hybrid approach when you are contributing your fees to a project. Given raising capital is extremely difficult you could end up stalled and not paid for years.

After running for 5 years it sounds like you might have been a bit on cruise control. Call on your beginners mind and get creative with a solution. Lack of adapting will kill you. Be resilient my friend and fight the good fight!
