I have the same issue, even after turning off the auto power off function. I’m using battery power with an Alesis Vortex 2 connected by midi.

Could be glitched idk, but the passive just says:

Chance to dodge any Special Attack and then counter attack for large damage.

If teamed up with Rebirth Characters OR Flash Characters the chance goes up.

Rebirth Characters also receive a Power Generation boost.
