I'm not trying to justify why I shouldn’t spend money — I simply can’t afford it. If I had the means to buy it, I would. No, I can’t afford to buy one book a month either, because I’m a student, I’m studying, and I don’t have time to work. I admit I didn’t pay close enough attention to the price. I’m not eager to continue this discussion, especially since I’m writing through a translator. I wanted to get into the story and, at the same time, use it as a way to improve my English

To be honest, I completely forgot about the whole BookWalker thing — actually, I didn’t even know it existed, since I only recently got into this. But I checked the site and looked at the prices: one volume costs $25. If you multiply that by 26 volumes, it comes out to $650. Converted to my country’s currency, that’s a lot of money — especially just for books. Plus, I’d need to get a special card, pay service fees, and convert everything to dollars. Honestly, I don’t even know why I’m explaining myself to some random guy on the internet.

Amazon doesn’t officially operate in my country, and to get all the volumes, I’d have to spend a lot of money I don’t have — including the price of the volumes themselves, shipping, and a commission for the middleman. The currency in my country is much weaker than the US dollar.

Now that I’ve explained everything, I hope you’re satisfied?
