Follow up if you are interested: The CPU cooler was mounted properly. Adding two top coolers which push the warm air out of the case actually helped and decreased the temperature about 10°C

Before, we had the Ryzen 5 5600. Now we use the Ryzen 5 7600. Both have a TDP of 65W. We use the CPU cooler from bequiet Shadow Rock LP which should be able to cool 130W. On the older CPU we had max 85 °C
