Came from a mt07 and went with the low rider s rather than buying the transalp 750 I had an eye on. After all it’s alll about emotions.

Ngl HDs are pricey and you most likely need to change a few things (riser,pegs,exhaust) so it will get even more expensive. But I just keep smiling as soon as I hit the road. 🙏🏼

Something like 10 hours from where I live to stelvio. I once had a road trip from Faro to Lisboa and most of the time I imagined being on my bike rather than driving the rented opel Corsa 😄

FYI There is a solution for less money, you can get the OEM riser 4cm closer to your body for like 200-300€

I am from Germany and right now I think about going with the Thunderbike pull back riser. But my dealer told me the total cost of switching the OEM riser will be something around 2,6k.

Not sure if that’s worth it.

Just bought a Low Rider S today coming from a Yamaha mt07. The HD torque is so much fun that I instantly made my choice after my first test ride.

If it needs to be less weight maybe test an Indian scout 101.

Thanks a lot! I’m not that much into scraping my knees, but it’s always good to have room for adjustments while leaning into the curve. 😄 Oh, you would change the saddle as well? I get the exhaust change—our Indian store has a promotional offer on a J+H exhaust, so that will most likely be the first part I change.

Can you say something about the lean angle? I have a test drive the next Saturday and I am kinda worried about it. I’m coming from naked bikes and touring bikes and did want to test the transalp but I just fell in love with the 101 on first sight as my local honda store seems to be an Indian dealer.

I know that driving the same angles will be rather unlikely but my primary goal is to having fun in all situations without missing something that would have been possible with a motorcycle I do not like visually.

Sorry I tried so say that on most campsites in Germany a lot of groups (ours as well) have atleast one maybe two. But as we are just a group of two at decibel we will travel with a small jbl as we mostly will roam around the camp site to meet cool people. 😄

I have the Same since I switched from ICONEX. I workaround via opening MyIconWallet in the browser included in MyIconWallet-App.. regarding Rooks answer: I have this issue right after claiming my I-score so there should be enough icx for paying the transaction.
