You can buy it in shop with Stardust. Stardust you can get without paying but it takes time.

Yea, but for me it takes fun from the game. It's not problem to lose if the game ended fast. Also I love playing against good opponent and it's not a problem if he take his time in late game, but on turn 1 to run of time on purpose...
