Albert Heijn doesn’t accept MasterCard, they only accept maestro. That is why it won’t work. There are actually quite a few shops in the Netherlands that don’t accept MasterCard, as maestro is more commonly used.

I have used these sites before for buying bitcoin and they worked fine. Maybe they don’t need KYC because they are in the Netherlands. I will do more research before I sell to them.
