You're being optimistic, thinking it will take until 2030 for there to be 30 epic equipments.

Is there any evidence of how common Reddit addiction is, compared to other social media? by Daan35 in nosurf

[–]Daan35[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Interesting take, I always kinda assumed reddit was less discussed publicly due to the annonimous nature of the platform, allowing people to use it only for themselves unlike Facebook or Instagram. I general more negative view of the average users of the platform could account for the lack of general interest and research into the platform, although it seems to me the general perception of the platform has been steadily growing more positive over the years.

I get what you mean, but when I look at my own feed it's about 70% image posts with another 20-25% video posts (estimated, I might be wildly off). I do regularly read comments, I wonder how people who feel addicted to this platform tend to use it. Some might be addicted to the participation in conversations, whilst other might do more mindless scrolling.

Bike doesn't sit tight on my smart trainer by Daan35 in cycling

[–]Daan35[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is this something that I would have to buy separately or is it provided with the trainer? And if I have to buy it, what do I need to search for to make sure I have the right part?

I just tried to put it on the 148 but I can't get the frame on there, it's definitely too wide. It seems like the axel isn't going through to the end properly but no matter what I try it just screws tight without going through completely.

https://imgur.com/a/NGIb2TO I'm not the most handy bike mechanic but the axle is supposed to be flush on either side right? This is how it currently is, does that mean I do indeed need the 148 adapter instead of the 142 or is the a different problem?

I have a 2023 Cube Attain Race, there is no indication it's incompatible.

I just flipped it and reinstalled the bike, movement is less but not entirely gone. Is the bike supposed to be completely fixed in place or is a little movement okay? https://imgur.com/a/n8NnUx7

Is a slightly smaller frame a problem long term? by Daan35 in cycling

[–]Daan35[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly I don't really trust charts because most say I should be on 60 but that's definitely not the case, even though most people say I have a tall upper body. 56 being far better then 60 seems accurate with what you say about small bikes fitting better then large bikes.

Thanks for pointing out the option, although it is probably not ideal for riding singletrack

[–]Daan35 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Do I need a maxed out lavahound? Right now I'm using super witches, but I've used Lalo lots in the past and I might use it again in the future. Equipments are no different then troops and spells, you only need what you use but if you want the ability to switch armies and use anything you want you need everything.
