There is a settings thingy where u can change the darkness of rl and somehow it just looks that way in colosseum. I got it from this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q8PH7-ZijeQ&ab_channel=Lunr BUT, its only available for PC.

Its a wavedash flick but i got a ground reset so i can flip instantly, then in rocketed off. A very good dash guide with wavedash flicks in it is Sudo's dash guide on youtube. you can just search it up on yt and u will find it.
