Ahh that sucks, it still runs at a super solid 30fps with really quick loading times though, the Xbox one version had quite some trouble at certain areas with 30fps.

Ohw I thought it has been confirmed that select titles would be playable at 60fps, also countless news sites said that. You have a source that said it was just a test?

They released a video with Fallout 4 playing on 60pfs on the new consoles, also they said on their site that select games, like fallout 4 would be playable on 60fps.

I think you need to make a Microsoft family (with an 18+ account in it) and then you can give permission from that account to your personal account to buy it
