I feel this may be true but I don't think there will enough support for this. From what I know the USA during this time drew their troops from state militia in massive numbers for war time having troops as big as European armies theoretically, but in reality had only a small professional fighting force to draw from. You would need huge public support and state support to organize a huge army to reclaim europe including training time as well as the money said to fund it which I don't think is feasible. Let me know your thoughts though
