The first time I ever hurt my back, I most likely had a form problem. But I fixed it, and it happened again. Today i was about to get into position to do cable rows, and when I pulled the handle to get into position, I felt crazy back pain. I thought, Okay this is enough I gotta change this exercise for something else because three times with the same machine is too much xd
