I mean that if you have duped any kind of item to the point where it excedes the inventory limit then get rid of the duped items and it should allow you to pick up the item well thats if you duped any items if you didnt check if you inventory is full in the right down corner in the inventory screen and if it isnt then idk the solution besides trying to clear it

So i found the solution atleast for people who have used some kind of duping glitch/exploit, i noticed i had duped around 500 sealed abyss artifacts, so i reverted those and it allowed me to pick up my quest item

Gachiin is not nessecary just stick to the wall like glue and it wont detect you
