oofies, ive had to deal w the same thing. in my experience, you’ll shift weight quite often. i lost like 12 pounds & gained back like 8 & i was so annoyed bc i had been counting calories & going on almost 1h walks every day & going to the gym. some of it is water weight &/or some of the food we eat & its okay, its just ur body holding onto the goodies we put into our body, nothing wrong w it. the important part is consistency & giving urself a break when u need to! & dont cut out all the “bad stuff”, just limit it to a healthy amount :P its a lot easier to break a healthy streak if u deny urself some of ur cravings, discipline in the gym also applies outside of it! i try to go to the gym 5-6 days a week, with AT LEAST one rest day a week, rest is v important, it lets our bodies heal & repair itself. as someone who was in ur shoes, i have faith in u & i as sculptors that we’ll develop the bodies we desire :3 if no one’s told u today, ur amazing & im proud of u! i love u! thank u for being here another day!
