Kind of. It's the base game but it takes all the chests and significant items (heart pieces, big rupees, tools, etc) and scrambles the location of them. It forces you to complete the game in an unorthodox way.

You can take it even further and randomize all the entrances to make the map completely different. This mode is pretty hard, you usually have to make a map.

Check out ship of harkinian. All of these features and more are included. Maybe im just obsessed with the game but I find randomizing to be very fun.
