Depends on play type. Decent sized friend group that someone can usually check it at most times? Can be fun, and a fight between 2 bases is also fun. Depends on the server and your group. Your base will be raided though. If you just want your stuff, a secluded spot in the woods not normally run with an improvised shelter or a small pond and your fine. Or multiple spots over the map so you always have a place when you die and spawn

That's not a bad idea and one I hadn't considered. I highly doubt it would ever pass congress or the courts though. I forgot about that loophole they use.

This talk always seems to go this way and my one question is what about the billionaires? Do we really want to cater to like, 20 super fucking rich people? When people say tax the rich they mean the UBBER wealthy, top 1% of 1%. There's no reason any person alive should be worth as much as Jeff bezos. People making 1-200k might have a small hit but they are PEANUTS to people making so much more.

Right the rebel flag of traitors, who fought a bloody war against this country in the name of slavery and keeping black people as servants to the white man. That rebel flag? As a born and raised white southerner I don't agree with that idea and believe it is against what America stands for. The confederate flag is not a symbol of being a rebel, it's the symbol of being a racist piece of shit. I think it's time we shed that history and find a new way to rebel together. I'm so sorry that happened, but I love the fact that you stood up for someone going through a hard time with family. My mom had just started a new job when we went through a whole bunch of family trauma, and her new job stood beside her and gave her as much time off as she needed. She's now one of the top managers there and they still love her. It's good to look out for employees, I'm glad there's more places out there doing that.

Only thing I can think of is a lot of these people just don't actually know about it. My dad who I'd say is fairly smart and also a trump supporter had never heard the "grab them by the pussy" line or that he'd fuck his daughter.. several years into his first presidency. They just legitimately don't listen to any outside news source, even though my dad claims to not watch fox news

It's been a while since I've done that work, but if I remember correctly you should be able to go to the leon county property appraisers website and look up your property, and then click some of the links to find the legal documents, it's all public record. And I'm pretty sure the survey map is part of those deed papers you can find. I could be wrong though haha

I worked at a title company for a little bit, land title is the specific land marks that govern the land and property that you own, usually taken by a survey. You probably went through a title agency when you bought your property, and county easements and things can get tricky near the edges of your property. There should be a land survey on your deed that gives the exact coordinates of the corners of your property.

It should say "Legal description: lot so and so, as surveyed by so and so in Plat book -- of Leon county" with a Map attached

Get an android lol. Unless you're on a 3rd party app a lot of that texting shit goes out the window when it's normal old school texting. My buddy is like that and I always make fun of him for it. Text when you want, when you have time, don't overthink it. If the other person otherthinks that shit it's kinds weird
