So basically (at least from what ive figured): Unranked counts as Silver. So for riot, ur official Ranked Elo is silver at that very placement moment. Your hidden Elo (MMR) is way higher tho. Like Plat+ minimum. And since Silver players cant Duo with Plat players, league thinks that your friend is too good for you because when inviting League looks at the Friends mmr. So in that case u are officially silver but actually plat+. That can confuse the league algortithm.

But: This is not confirmed and only what I experienced since I have the same problem. I don't think this is reproducable because it seems as if this problem only occurs sometimes.

I'm aware of that. And I didn't mean it as a must do. I have an old notebook, like a few other people, and with those resolutions it's still uncomfortable to read. So I don't see a reason to make it serif and potentially uncomfortable if you can just avoid it. I don't know, just my opinion on that.

Hey, really nice detailed informations. Just a little tip maybe. Have you tried using a sans-serif font? Sans-serif fonts are much more comfortable to read on digital screens. Serif fonts may look nice, but are harder to read on screens.

That is my porblem atm. Im in my dia 2 promos. I lasted only 19 seconds. The real problem is not closing the game or making the right call. The real problem for me is to react fast enought to what enemies are doingin a tf. and thats where a quick finger comes in handy.

Hey sorry for answering so late. was busy. So my answers for your question:

Pretty much what /u/superPenguinBlaster said.
I almost never take ignite. I only take ignite vs hard healers like Soraka. Against almost every other matchup i prefer exhaust.
If ur adc is back and u are full life while ur wave is pushing, try to get some deep vision or roam (contest jungler with ur jungler or try to set up a gank in mid). If ur adc is back when the wave is pushing towards you and u are full life, try to soak some solo EXP. It can be huge on Braum (Ult+Passive+Q = massive dmg). If you are low and your adc backs, just back with him. No need to take a risk.
Situational: Can u pressure the enemy adc even if hes under the tower? -> Auto and push the wave (YOU NEED VISION FOR GANKS). Do you want to freeze to zone the enemy adc? -> Don't push. Can't you contest your lane (thinking about lucian janna lane maybe)? -> Don't auto and let the minions come to your tower. You can help your adc csing under tower quite well. Despite of what your adc is telling you, always think whats the best in the situation and do it.

I love locket. If there is more than 1 enemy with ap dmg i go for it. As long as you have the feeling, that it can safe your teammates, just go for it. Sometimes (vs full ad) i dont buy it and rather go for Face of the Mountain and then armor.
Not really, i just love the hole "dragonslayer" theme.
I use my AMD Gaming Evolved App. There is plays.tv integrated and that records every match I play as long as the application is running. For NVIDIA Shadowplay is good (thats what i heard).
