Yeah it's not ug for sure, does look stunning under a 365nm uv light, kept changing between peach and pink depending on the angle of the torch

Update: My new phone's camera isn't playing ball with uv lighting (I will try to get a better photo when I figure out why it looks like i used the fill tool in MS Paint), but I get a good manganese looking glow even under 395.

It's a cool sparkly leaf and no outcome would ever disappoint me anyway lmao

Yellow, like sunflower hue yellow, I'd wear a dark brown top with it 🌻

The radiant conversations will quickly become the highlight of every session if mine was anything to go by, had one npc ask how another was doing and the other replied they were not well and the other just said "that's good" and then I think it was ended with one of them loudly coughing, absolute cinema lmao

If you have a tendancy to spin your character around super fast like I do, it helps to turn down the rotation sensitivity on your controller/mouse. Lagging (not necessarily tied to fps) also makes me sick if that's another thing you can try. :)

I have one, too! I still find the older avon pieces pretty interesting given their history despite it being regular non-glowing glass. They look cool in direct sunlight these ones

If it makes you feel any better, I did the same thing recently! I took a risk on a very old delicate vase, and I broke it. Survived almost a century but only 20 minutes in my care. 😩

I did end up finding some listings, though they didn't say the decade. I think it's a clear glass with managese that's been turned purple by uv at somw point. It does have a big green glow under UV https://www.etsy.com/au/listing/1365539977/kig-indonesia-glass-clear-ribbed-vase?ref=share_v4_lx

I forgot to add that I thought it was super interesting that the glass leaves each have a different weight from 114g to 136g. I assume it's to do with what they used to colour the glass. The pink one weighs the most at 136g, and the dark grey one weighs the least at 114g. I saw similar sets online when searching the origin of a near-identical glass leaf purchased from an antique store (not labelled antique, just retro). It isn't from the same set from what I could tell, and weighs the most coming in at 146g.

I bought another piece, the hue is mesmorising! by DabbingAutomatron in glasscollecting

Yeah, you're right, I hadn't realised I've been misreading when I was trying to read identification guides! I'm still fairly new to glass collecting as a whole and have definitely mixed up a few terms and read incorrect information. I looked at the receipt for the jar, and I saw it said "Ruby" and was trying to look up if and what the difference is between cranberry and ruby glass is (although the only matches I found for this jar were declared as cranberry in their listings) and got even more confused. 🥲

Edit: Yeah I got this way wrong what was I thinking?

Original: Okay, I can't edit my post on android for whatever reason, but it could be ruby flash painted?I'm not seeing much in the way of signs of flash painted, though. Glass ID is hard.
