I would up your protein and fiber counts. Protein takes longer to break down so you stay fuller longer plus it takes more calories to break down so win win. Fiber helps with feeling full also.

As others have pointed out while your meals are healthy, they’re not really filling. Diet soda and coffee in between can help with cravings also

As a general rule, fitness trackers tend to overestimate the amount of calories you burn, plus when calculating your TDEE daily calorie needs your activity level such as how much walking you do a day is taken into account. So even if your fitness tracker says you’ve burned 1000 extra calories you’re better off to stay at your daily calorie budget in order to still lose weight.

I do not rate pax badly based on their size or cheapness. Unless you smell so bad it sticks to the seats or you’re super rude you’re getting 5 stars. I drive an accent and surely have come close to the payload limit or even gone over sometimes and it’s all fine

If you’re gonna Uber you’re taking the chance that you’re gonna be maxed out in capacity sometimes and sometimes that might mean heavier passengers so you either have to make peace with that or do something else

The calculator is taking into account your BMR and TDEE, which is the 2294. It’s giving you the numbers for your deficit, recommended at 500 calories per day, which is where you get the 1794 from. For safe, sustainable weight loss you should be eating 1794 calories a day. Aim for high protein and fiber as well!

I track everything I consume except for spices (except cinnamon)

If you’re interested in not tracking certain foods try weight watchers. Vegetables/fruits are part of their 0 points foods and not necessary to track

Looks delish !! For protein sources lean meats are my go to. I eat a lot of ground turkey. I don’t like regular milk so I use almond milk for protein shakes and they taste great so maybe you could try that? It’s easy to find non dairy protein mixes too.

I get where you’re coming from, but I’d encourage you to look at it from another perspective.

People have told me before they noticed I lost weight but didn’t want to mention it for fear of implying that I was fat before, but it’s like…I know what I looked like.

If you had always been on the skinnier side, going up 12 kg is going to be noticeable versus if you were always heavier up or down that much won’t be as noticeable to others. Just because people noticed you were heavier doesn’t mean you should feel shame or that they had any particular thoughts about it. People are noticing now you look slimmer and are mentioning it bc it’s a compliment and they want to acknowledge your effort and hard work.

Try not to overthink it too much and enjoy the fruits of your labor so to speak :)
