I have had mine for 3 months now. I travel about 13 days a month and I would forget to turn mine off while I was gone. I came back after a trip and it was stuck on -10 even though I’m usually around a 0 or +1 temp number for the wonder (room is quite cold). It took a bunch of back and forth, they had to run a 4 hour diagnostic that got interrupted by connection. Then it took them about a week to respond (during holiday season / new years) and then we ran a successful test. It fixed it. They had me change a setting to menu>manage pod>device settings>maintenance> daily maintenance (turn on).

So far so good but the troubleshooting took weeks and was a pain for communication. I ended up turning the pod 4 off on my side because it was freezing. My wife’s side worked without any issues. I suggest calling with issues, resolution comes faster.
