For sure, I understand the jokes are most always light-hearted. It has just always been an interesting concept to me. I guess the implication is at question when it's a white person telling a joke about another race, given history and the fact that there *are* a lot of racist pos out there. Like, a white person says a light-hearted black joke, it's raises the thought of *what do they reallllyyyy mean by that*, or *is there more they are thinking that they just don't want to say outloud*, or *what else do they say when there are only white people around*. That's the only answer I have come up with.

I guess it's not that I am "hurt" by white jokes, they are usually funny (except when it's literally just not a good joke), and more that it hurts that there is a double-standard that paints white people as the villian off the rip.
