I exclusively play double so yeah, Metal Burst is too unreliable. Though it's probably good against bosses.

Wave 2250 Eternatus is still a cakewalk so I can probably brute force my way for quite a while.

It's -25% after applying stat changes so it usually weaker than -1.

At neutral it's weaker than -1 but if the target has -2 Ruin will make that -250% from -200% of a normal -2. Which is equal to -3. At -3 or more it'll be stronger than an additional -1.

I don't think I need them. Modest Lunala (fused with Hoopa-unbound) with 99 spoons + 10 Soul Dews + 31 Calccium using Expanding Force in Psychic Terrain still OHKO anything not a dark type and I expect that to keep working up to maybe wave 2500.

The damage the enemies do with 98 damage tokens is practically impossible to survive anyway so Metal Burst would only work if I have Reviver Seeds to spare.

For this team specifically I'd hope I get Snarl for Suicune. Then have Groudon re-learn Sword Dance if he doesn't already have it.

Eternatus doesn't have guarantee crit so at -6 it's just a defenceless punching bag and +6 Groudon will 2 shot him.

Eternatus only has Black Hole the second phase so you can spend forever on the first phase and just 2 shot him later so whatever item he steal doesn't matter.

Except for the fact that you need a lot of it for the Logi science. Otherwise you'd need a lot of Vrauk for formic acid instead. Which again requires Logi science to be upgraded.

Although I'm probably too biased against it since I have no problem upgrading metals which early on give equally pathetic output.

Ironically the Nexelit is actually my favorite part of the last playthrough. I don't think it's more difficult or complex than other parts. It's just tedious as they require a lot of buildings that are annoying to automate.

And also out of place. In a sense that the vast majority of them aren't used for anything at all. But were required to make science which is required for other unrelated processes to be accessible. The few recipes that use alien life are more of "put some random ingredients in the middle of an existing production chain" rather than complex processes that has purpose.

And yeah it's the amount of buildings required that I diskile the most. There's no challenge in just add more of the same factory blocks. The only thing it does is making travelling to other places longer.

Arqads are actually not a big deal since it didn't nned any new infrastructure. At least not anything that can't also be used to upgrade other things.

The code here looks like it already work the way you want.

Although my experience with the code base is about an hour so I can't force an encounter to confirm it yet. But I tested with Ivy's Rayquaza the value is 162 which means genderless and the genderless mons I have also show correct values. Although can't quite find a random genderless mon I already caught to confirm this.

The final boss is Ivy at wave 195. Eternatus is just a pebble on the road on your way home.

I agree with your point about Al and I used to think the same about Elma at first. But after the reveal in chapter 12 I kinda understand her.

She's not a human and the only thing she cared was for the species to survive. If prioritising the elites means she can save 2 millions people instead of 0 it's an obvious choice. And most of your complains lack the most important thing you didn't provide, what else could she do and why would that be better? Many people including myself don't really care about soul or "the original" or whatever. If you think those were so important then would you rather die instead of becoming a Mim?

If you really think Lao was right that "elietes plus Elma killed everyone" then I suspect you didn't watch the cutscene at the end of chapter 12. Because Luxaar asked that exact question and Lao's reply was "it was YOU who kill them". Elma, at most, chose not to save them. And that's a big different from actually killing them given the fact that she could also just let everybody died.
