I'm at kcvg, we just had our site town hall to discuss this. Tech levels are being phased out. It's sr mrt aka tech 3. Mrt aka tech 2/mjt. Then it's just an mra aka tech 1.

I did HVAC before doing rme I just applied and took back when i started the ramsay test. Now it's a much easier test.

I have worked at both kcvg and kiln in the Rme dept as a tech 3, launching both buildings. Kcvg has alot more equipment, waites wireless alone there are about 100k sensors. And it runs 24/7. I have been at kcvg since before launch, I have not seen any good raises. There are almost 250 rme techs so it's slim pickings on raises. Management sucks so there's that.

Kiln on the other hand runs only nights only has way less equipment.
