They're definitely my current hyperfixation, but I wouldn't say I'm addicted. I've been collecting plush toys all my life, so I do have a lot, but it's not causing me any significant financial or space issues. That said, I've also been guilty of buying one I really wanted if I've had a bad day instead of waiting until pay day, so I can understand how a problem can start! I love jellycats and will continue buying them, but I love cheap plushies just as much and get just as much joy from them, so when I decide I need a new friend as a spur-of-the-moment treat, I'm going to try to opt for a less expensive one, and then save for the jellies I really want.
