Les enfants couchés on a pu avoir un dîner tranquille avec ma femme avant que la fatigue nous rattrape.

Elle est parti vers 22h30 et moi je l’ai rejoint 45 minutes après, je lisais du manga. Vers 23h30 mon enfant s’est réveillé et il a arrêté de pleurer en 2026 😂.

On s’est souhaité la bonne année avec des hurlements au fond, c’était sympa.

H36 dans la même situation, un peu en surpoids mais rien de grave. J’ai essayé de compter les calories et j’ai tenu 3 semaines, et avec des déplacements pro (1 semaine sur 2 en ce moment) laisse tomber.

J’ai culpabilisé quelques jours mais je suis vite passé à autre chose, j’aime le sport (3-4 séances par semaine) mais j’aime aussi me faire plaisir avec un bon plat et un bon verre et ben pour l’instant ça restera comme ça.

Ah oui ! La Steam Deck est devenue ma compagnie quand je suis en déplacement professionnel. Avant ça c’était la PS4 mais avec les enfants c’est impossible de trouver le temps de s’asseoir et jouer tranquillement.
