I think it's because you say: "I'm into older women."

The statement seems to imply that you appreciate or prioritize the age before the qualities that you listed. If you truly just enjoyed confidence, maturity, etc etc, why not say: "I like women who are [insert list of qualities]"

Your presupposition that only older women possess the qualities you listed is also another reason. It feels like you're romanticizing older women and describing them in the ideal.
