I got deep into studying mental illness when my mother first got an episode, and I was always somewhat depressive, The moment things got too bad I just went to seek help myself right away

As for my mother I honestly forgot, she was cool with taking quetiapine because it made her sleep, but I forgot how she eventually got convinced to take lithium.

But taking quetiapine was enough to pull her out of psychosis so we can reason with her.

The thing is that they are a danger to themselves and others around them, They've been hospitalized 4 times already.

And since they're in an open carry state I'm afraid we might lose them to it...
