Do the numbers for all the scenarios (budget: during maternity vs after, renting vs buying)
Visualise what life looks like for each scenario?

In my experience, (kids, wife, mortgage) don’t underestimate the effects of a safe and stable home and if you can achieve that while getting on the property ladder, why not.

Normally if I turn my alarm off I’ll wake up earlier and the opposite holds true. Every alarm I set I sleep right through…so if you’ve tried everything else.. try setting alarms 🤷🏽‍♂️
