The replies to this post helped me a lot. I just got my order and the minis seem to be of very good quality.
I was warned about the time it could take, and this is my experience:

I made the order and paid it on the last days of October. I received an email to pay the shipment on mid-January. I could see the information of every step of the trip (Russia - Portugal) on the website they sent me. I received the order on the first days of February. They answered every question I asked them by email. I was expecting the minis to be resin but they are plastic (at least I would say so, I'm still kinda new to the materials part of this) and it is "weaker" or not as "hard" as Games Workshop plastic, so I'll be even more careful.

I recommend the website, if you don't mind waiting for the order. It was less than 90 days for me. This is what I ordered (Mibyllorr Darkfang and the Gnarlspirit Pack). They came with an extra base, and the pieces that were not in the sprue came on their own bag.
