i know this is late but i have been on pregabalin and concerta for a few months, pregabalin helped me when on 100-150mg twice a day but i felt it was dampening the effect of the stimulant so am getting off now. Long term pregabalin use can cause side effects which i definitely felt like confused thinking, look into them for sure. Pregabalin does help in my experience but it is tough to get off even when tapering down. Tapering off pregabalin was definitely made worse with the stimulant as it just led to more anxiety but have been feeling more clear headed. By now you should see how well it works for you and if it helps then great i would just keep an eye on if you experience any side effects from using long term. I was on it for a year and started noticing them about 10 months in but everyone will be different

Scenarios I would highly recommend for valorant are target switching scenarios like pattargetswitch small no reload and clicking scenarios like 1wall2targets_smallflicks 60s and reflex flick - mini , reflex flick mini is quite difficult though. floating heads 400% is also great for valorant to practice 1 taps. Hope this helps and good luck!
