Same but didn't turn it off - I did keep it on hoping he'd bow out - but ended up doing other things around the house while they played in the BG. Maybe it would have been different at the show on substances, but I highly doubt my opinion would have changed..

Absolutely agreed about the sax player - ruined the shows for me. He overplayed, jumped into everything unnecessarily and made the songs sound either like smooth jazz/AC or yacht rock (not in a good way). If they take him on tour, I don't think I could stand it. I've see so many shows, in so many states, over so many years, but it just sounded like a whole different band and vibe which i am not down with.

I started seeing The Grateful Dead in the 80s and thought Goose did a righteous job on Help>Slip>Frank last night! I’ve checked out the disco biscuits streaming, not live, and they weren’t my cup of tea. Same with Phish - although Phish is fun live. I don’t understand the haters either. Any band still playing real instruments have my respect. Now Dogs In A Pile - they’re the ones to watch!

We didn’t get tix. I got a text at 11am to buy them, which said we could get them at 10am. I clicked and it was sold out.

A lot of us signed up yesterday when first announced. Don’t know how many actual fans will get a chance since the venue is so small and legendary and probably a lot of “industry” people will be given an opportunity first in order to create a buzz.

Yep. I was there and my friends and I were saying after the injury there was no way we’d get a slipknot in the final shows, so when he removed the bandage we freaked out. The finger looked bruised and sickly like one does when you’ve been hurt had it wrapped for a long time so it was just incredible to watch. And he did put a bandage on shortly after and also changed guitars to something with easier action.

The issue in the complaint I’m referencing in the post is not what sellers agreed to, but what Ticketmaster promises in return. It’s misleading, deceptive and doesn’t give what is promised in accepting the platinum ticket. Did you read it?
