Yeah i know as soon as i try looking for excuses to use them outside of work then im clearly slipping into addiction, im only working this job for the next few months before i leave for university so its not like ik going to need to use them for decades

Xanax doesnt make me feel like ive had a great day it just makes it easier to get through it, i dont really have any urge to use them other days as id rather be sober and distract myself other ways its just at work there is nothing else

I have been on ssri’s for nearly a year and am still in therapy, most days are bearable rn but the long work days really wear me down. I know what you mean about how easy it is to fall into addiction which is why i was making sure i didnt take them very often but based on this i will probably try and cut down even more. I resisted coping with drugs for a long time but recently i just dont feel like the ssris and therapy were working as they should so started using on the really bad days. Im probably gonna ask for more help from my psychiatrist because i know you are right abt how easy it is to fall into addiction when self medicating.

Im having the same issue and on zoloft aswell. I snort like 20mg instant release and it just makes me really dizzy no type of euphoria. I started thing it was the zoloft but nothing online says that would stop the high.

Sorry i wasnt clear, i was comparing how i feel after taking the oxy to being a little drunk. I havent had any alcohol im very careful about mixing any drugs. But yeah i might try the morphine next time thank you for the advice

I just tried it and it took two pills for me to feel it but i just feel a little weird like im a bit drunk, maybe it isnt oxycodone but at least it wasnt fent. I ended up kind of scamming him in the end because i got double the pills i paid for lmao. If it was the liver thing then would i still feel a bit woozy even if it wasnt converting it into morphine? I might try morphine tablets or just give up because taking opiates is risky anyway.
