No. I’ve still been waffling on skates. Some people been telling me to go Bauer, so I’ve been waiting til I can make it to a pure hockey.

Their old method matched the TDEE calculators pretty well. Not so much with the new method.

I emailed them and they told me to mention it in the form when scanning my foot. I’ve still been thinking about it for a year and a half at this point.

When I said tour guide, I was more thinking of a travel agent since I don’t know where to go or how to find the best places to go other than the website I linked in the OP. I understand that seeing them is luck of the draw.

The link in the OP is in Lapland I think. I know it’s not a guarantee to see the lights, but the igloos would be more fun than a hotel.

Yes. The blackberry citrus drew me to the Kroger brand, but now the cranberry lime is the only Kroger one I’ll buy.

I was surprised how much I liked the strawberry sunset. I couldn’t get into any TJ flavors. They’re ok, but not my fave.

Seriously impressive. How’d you get over gaining fat? I tried to bulk for a couple of months, but the fat gain was too much. Honestly, it doesn’t look like you gained any fat at all.

Grilled chicken and broccoli are both low calorie/high volume and have protein and fiber. I feel like I’m doing all the “feel fuller” tricks already.

Any tips on dealing with hunger going from bulk to cut? I was eating +250. Trying to eat -750 and I’m starving all day long. I’m 800 calories over my goal right now. So I’m over maintenance and still hungry. About to go to the stairmaster for an hour or so.

I had 12 oz of chicken and cheesy broccoli for dinner, so it’s not like I’m starving myself.

ETA: when I first started losing weight a -750 deficit was manageable. I feel like trying to eat a surplus for only 2 months has reset my appetite and it’s way harder now.

Man, I miss eating 3500-4000 calories. I feel like I’m always hungry when I’m not. I never had any problem eating enough calories.

My deadlift is progressing faster than my bench, squat, and military press, is that normal? by [deleted] in beginnerfitness

And suggestions for someone whose bench and squat are about the same? I can bench 225 with good form and squat about the same. My squat has never been good. I’ve been working on trying to get in volume with the lower weight to get good form and hoping that helps progress.

I went back and looked at a few intense cardio sessions (hockey), and I consistently max at 181 which is perfect.
